A novel of Dangerously yours chapter 28

"Watch as I fûck what's mine" he smirked, he's hands going down to his zipper but a stopped and chuckled darkly.

Asher's eyes locked onto Isobel's, his gaze burning with intensity. He leaned in, his lips brushing against her ear.

"You're so beautiful, Isobel," he whispered, his breath sending shivers down her spine.

Isobel's cheeks flushed as Asher's lips trailed wet kisses down her neck. Suddenly, he pulled back and grinned mischievously. "Hey, Mr. Thompson! Come check this out!" he called out, his voice dripping with malice.

Asher's smile grew wider.

"Just showing Isobel some affection, sir," he sneered, his voice venomous.

Ren continued staring at them as if he has seen a ghost?

How did he even know his daughter,?

Isobel is going back to the States no matter what. Maybe Valtor sent him,who knows.

Things kept rushing into his head as he watched what was happening.

"You know, the kind of affection she's been missing from you." Asher said again and Isobel glanced at him with a questioning look.

Ren stared at him too, ready to tear him apart but he can't do anything.

Ren  took a step forward anyways, his fists clenched.

"How dare you," he growled, his eyes blazing with anger.

Asher chuckled, his eyes glinting with amusement.

"Oh, I dare," he spat, his voice dripping with hatred. "You're just a pathetic excuse for a father. Isobel deserves so much better than you." He said and Isobel stared at the both of them confusedly.

Asher's eyes flashed with contempt.

"Tell her, Ren Grant. Tell her the truth. And I'll leave her alone." He said and Isobel blinked.

What truth?

Isobel's father's face twisted in anger, but Asher's words seemed to strike a chord. He hesitated, his eyes darting to Isobel and then back to Asher.

"What truth?" Isobel asked, confusion etched on her face. Asher turned to her, his smile twisted.

"Ask your father, Isobel. He knows exactly what I'm talking about." He looked at Ren sternly.

Isobel's eyes locked onto her father's, searching for answers. But before she could ask another question, Asher turned and walked away.

Isobel took a step forward, trying to follow Asher.

"Wait, what do you mean?" she called out. But her father's hand shot out, grasping her arm and pulling her back.

"Let him go, Isobel," he said, his voice low and urgent.

Isobel struggled against his grip.

"But Dad, what's going on? What did Asher mean?" She asked keenly but Ren didn't answer.

Her father's face was grim, his eyes filled with a mixture of fear and guilt.

"Nothing, Isobel. Just forget it. Let's just forget the whole thing and stay away from Asher. You don't know that boy really well"

"What do you mean Forget the whole thing dad? You have been keeping a lot of things from me and now Asher said something about the truth. Dad what's going on? Tell me!!" Isobel yelled.

"Just stop with the questions Bel,shout up!!!" Ren yelled, his voice almost popping out. He's eyes were already red as a result of anger.

"I think Asher is right, you're a pathetic Father!" She said and Ren's hand met with her right cheek in a tight slap. The sound echoed in the room and Isobel couldn't believe her eyes.

She held her stinging cheeks in tears.

"I hate you, you're pathetic and I'm gonna find out what you're hiding" She said hurtfully and stormed out of the room, passing by Tanya who has been watching all the shouting from the begin. She actually woke up when she heard their voices.

Asher rushed to the clan in a jiffy, when Valtor called saying he was going to harm Sienna if he doesn't show up.

Asher stood before Valtor, his eyes blazing with determination.

"Let Sienna go," he demanded, his voice firm.

Valtor raised an eyebrow, a cruel smile spreading across his face.

"And why would I do that?" he asked, his voice dripping with malice.

"She's innocent. She has nothing to do with this." Asher's jaw clenched

Valtor chuckled and eventually burst into laughter.

"Innocent? Ha! No one is innocent. And besides, I'm not done with her yet. Just like I'm not done with Isobel." He said in between laughs.

Asher's eyes flashed with anger.

"You'll never touch Isobel," he snarled.

Valtor's smile grew wider.

"Oh, but I will. And I'll kill her, just like I'll kill Sienna. You're just a foolish little boy, playing at being a hero." He said.

Asher took a step forward, his fists clenched.

 "You're a monster," he spat.

Valtor's expression turned cold. He raised a hand, and Asher saw the glint of a sharp knife. Valtor's eyes locked onto Asher's, and with a swift, brutal motion, he tore the knife across Asher's arm.

Asher cried out in pain, clutching at his arm as blood began to slip through his fingers. Valtor's smile returned, his eyes glinting with sadistic pleasure.

"You should have killed Isobel a long time ago, Asher," he said, his voice dripping with malice.

"Now, you're just a liability. And liabilities need to be eliminated." He added.

Asher held his bleeding arm as he groaned in pain. The Sting hurt so bad.

He managed to bring out his gun from the back of his waist.

Asher's eyes blazed with fury and hatred as he gazed at Valtor. He slowly raised his gun, his finger tightening on the trigger.

Valtor's smile never wavered.

"I don't think so, Asher," he said, his voice dripping with confidence.

With a flick of his wrist, Valtor summoned one of his henchmen.

"Bring me Sienna," he ordered and Asher's face twisted.

The henchman nodded and disappeared into the shadows. Moments later, he returned, dragging Sienna behind him. Valtor's eyes gleamed with malice as he reached out and grasped Sienna's hair, yanking her head back.

Her screams and cries filling the whole place.

A glint of metal appeared in Valtor's hand, and Asher's heart sank as he saw the knife pressed against Sienna's neck.

"Drop the gun, Asher," Valtor sneered. "Or Sienna dies." He smirked and you could see him shaking.

* Sienna is his elder sister and he promised his mom he'll take care of her before she died since he's strong*

Asher's eyes locked onto Sienna's terrified face, and his heart wrenched with anger . He knew he had no choice. With a bitter sense of defeat, he slowly lowered the gun and dropped it to the ground.

Valtor's smile grew wider.

"Good boy, Asher. Now, kick the gun over to me."

Asher hesitated for a moment before complying, his eyes never leaving Sienna's face. Valtor's henchman picked up the gun and handed it to Valtor, who tucked it into his waistband.

"Excellent," Valtor purred. "Now, let's get down to business, shall we?"
