ALEXANDER KNIGHTS P.O.V
"What is she still doing here"Tricia spat crossing her arm against, frowning deeply.
My jaw clenched at her tone. "Why do you have a problem with her being here?"
Tricia's eyes flashed with anger. "You gave her your clothes Alexander!, You never even let me touch your things but you gave her your shirt! How could you? Didn't you think about how I'd feel? What is wrong with you?!!!!"
I felt a surge of annoyance at her possessiveness. She had no right to tell me what to do. "I Don't see how my clothes are any of your business"I stated firmly.
I was getting annoyed by the passing second... Nora wasn't just anyone, She was different....I had this weird feeling whenever I'm around her. It was strange, I still don't know why I feel that way.
All I knew was I felt this urge to protect her last night,My heart ached when I saw her in tears,Rage surged through my veins when I saw her like that...I wanted to fucking kill whoever made her cry so much.
This feeling was different, I've never felt this way for anyone in my entire life-Not even Tricia. Yes she was my fiance but I have no feelings for her.
"And you let her spend the night!, You let a stranger into our home... You gave a whore....."
"Enough!"I growled and she flinched, going quiet. "Not a f*cking word against her,Got it"My tone was very icy and I could see the fear in her eyes.
"Not a fucking word against her,Is that clear?"My eyes burned with anger. "You treat my guest with respect,Do not test me Tricia"
She nodded and without waiting for any nonsense words from her mouth, I walked out of the room heading to my room.
I needed a Shower.
I need to think. This feelings confused me, it's so weird. Why isn't she leaving my head? Why am I so concerned about her?
Turning on the shower,The warm water trailed down my body but there was still a certain beautiful woman in my mind. Nora.
I chuckled, recalling how she screamed when I wanted to get into the bathroom thinking she was hurt.... She's just so cute and beautiful.
I loved everything about her even without knowing everything about her.
Does she have a boyfriend? I don't know.
The thought of her being with another man annoyed me, It made me angry and I don't fucking understand why.
Does she think about me as much as I thought about her?
Gosh I'm going crazy.
I just met her and she's always in my thoughts.
What is going on with me?
Turning off the shower, I wrapped a towel around my waist and walked out of the bathroom heading to my closet.
I took out my office suit and was about to drop the towel when I heard my phone vibrating.
Probably my secretary.
I walked out the closet and took the phone,It was James calling. The one I had assigned to find who tried to harm Nora.
"Hello,James. Found something?"I said, going straight to the point.
"Yes but I can't discuss that with you alone,I need to see the young lady"He responded.
"Come to my office by 12pm"I hanged up.
What did he find? I guess I'll find out soon.
She was coming with me to my office today and that made me smile.
Maybe I asked Jason to meet me at the office instead of my house so I could spend time with her alone without Tricia annoying the fuck out of me.

NORA'S POV
Alexander's mother was very nice and welcoming and also very funny, She shared Alexander's childhood with me and also told me about The knights family.
I got to know about Alexander a little through his mother and that made me happy.
I tried to focus on Mrs Knights excited chatter but my mind kept drifting back to Alexander and Tricia's conversation. She demanded to talk to him privately and i couldn't help but be curious about what they were talking about.
Was it about me spending the night? Or about me wearing his clothes?
She was bound to be jealous cuz she was his fiance after all.....
"What are you thinking about dear?"Mrs Alexander's voice snapped me back to reality and I Smiled apologetically.
"I'm sorry Mrs Knights, Just thinking about some things"
"Oh I understand dear"She flashed me a sympathetic smile. "You must be terrified knowing someone is after your life"
I nodded. Indeed I was Terrified. Who was that man? Why did he try to harm me?
"Don't worry dear, Everything will be fine. I'm glad you're safe and happy you're here, I've already wanted to meet the mysterious woman Lily always talked about and I am quite impressed. You're a lovely woman"She said and I smiled, feeling my cheeks heat up.
"Thank you so much Mrs Knights, You're a lovely woman too"
She smiled in response. "It's alright dear. You can also stay here as long as you want till that man is found, it's not safe for you to live alone for now. What if he comes again and tries to harm you?"
"Thank you so much Mrs Knights,I really appreciate your pure kindness towards me but....."
"Mother!"A deep voice, Sending shivers down my spine interrupted me.
"My darling!"She beamed and that made me smile.
I love their bond.
My heart skipped a beat as we locked eyes and I was forced to look away when he stepped forward and kissed his mother's cheek.
I could Smell his cologne from where I stood, intoxicating my senses urging me to go close to him.
"How are you doing? Leaving already for work?"
"Yes Mama, Duty calls"He responded, locking eyes with me again and I blushed heavily staring down at my hands.
His eyes made me so nervous.
"Alright then Honey, Take care of yourself."She smiled, kissing his cheeks also and he smiled.
Oh heavens! His smile was breathtaking.
"Take care of yourself too Mama, Where's Lily?"
"She fell asleep earlier,The medications probably cuz she doesn't sleep at this time"
"Okay, I instructed the maids to take care of her. She shouldn't play around, She needs to recover"Alexander responded and she nodded.
He walked towards me and I felt my heart beat pick up again. "Hey"He smiled.
"H-hi"My cheeks flushed.
He chuckled, Coming closer.
"As much as I like you in my clothes...."He whispered and my cheeks burned hoping his mum didn't hear that. "You have to change cuz you're coming with me"He added and I looked at him in surprise.
