Lisa sat beside a hospital VVIP bed, her eyes fixed on the frail figure laying before her.
She released a soft sigh, her mind still reeling with questions.
Why had she really followed this man here?
She could have easily refused, but a nagging feeling within her had compelled her to comply.
As she gazed at the old man, she felt an inexplicable pull towards him.
It was as if an unseen force was drawing her closer, fostering a sense of connection she couldn't quite explain.

"Did you tell her anything yet??" He asked his eyes locked with MALIK'S.
"Not yet, sir. I just told her about ma'am Vanessa" Malik replied and Mr Leon turned towards Lisa, who's staring intensely at him.
As if something crossed his mind, Mr Leon turned towards Malik again. This Time his gaze hardened.
"Where's the other twin" he asked and Malik sighed deeply.
"I can't tell you that Sir, I'm truly sorry." Malik whispered and Mr Leon started trembling on the bed.
Given his state of paralysis he wanted to jerk up but couldn't, his grip around Lisa's hand tightened and like she was feeling his struggling. She turned towards Malik.
"Tell him what he needs to know!!" She snapped at him, a sudden anger growing within her.
"The other twin sir was sold..to...a... B.rothel, ma'am Vanessa kept her in a brothel but she's no longer there. I'm trying to track her location at this moment... it's said she was sold out to someone." Malik forced out.

The car flew into the road before Malik could get to it, three abled bodyguards came to him and he slapped one of them.
"Why didn't you stop her!!!" He shouted, he raked his fingers through his hair and took off, running towards his ride.
He quickly got in and drove away, following the cab that has his boss daughter inside.................

Lisa just stepped out of the cab and onto the hospital's entrance, the automatic doors sliding open and shut with a soft whoosh.
She sighed softly, her chest heaving with anxiety.
she had forgotten her bag in the hospital room earlier, as she rushed out, she swiftly dug her hands into her pants both pockets and luckily pulled out a 100 dollar note.
she hastily paid the driver with the crumpled $100 note from her pocket.
Not waiting for her change, she rushed towards the hospital entrance, her feet pounding the pavement.
As she burst through the lobby doors, a nurse called out to her,
"Miss, please wait!"
But she ignored the nurse's plea, her eyes fixed on the elevator banks ahead.
She dashed towards the stairs, her feet clattering on the steps as she took them four at a time.
Finally reaching Kim Nana's floor, she sprinted down the corridor, her heart racing with every step.
She burst through the door to Kim's room, and Storm, who had been sitting beside Kim's bed, jerked upright, his eyes widening in surprise.
Lisa ignored his questioning gaze and rushed towards Kim's bedside, her eyes fixed on Kim's peaceful face.
Tears streaming down her face, Lisa grasped Kim's hand, her fingers intertwining with Kim's limp ones.
"Kim," she whispered, her voice trembling with emotion.

"Are you alright" the doctor's voice came and she sighed.

"Can I get a quick DNA test done and get the results now???" She asked and the doctor raised an eyebrow.
"It won't be easy to get the results now," the doctor replied and Lisa ran her fingers through her hair, scattering her locks..
"I'm ready to pay any amount!! I can wait, please it's really urgent" Lisa clasped her hands together and pleaded with fresh tears rolling down her eyes.
"Ayya!! Alright, come with me. It's illegal but I'll do it because I have a gut feeling I'm saving a lot," the doctor said and Lisa quickly wiped her tears while nodding.
The doctor led her through the lobby into a Ward.
"Do you have the extensional ingredients??"

she handed Kim's nails to the doctor then she took a blend from a table at a corner and cut the tip of her hair before giving it to the doctor.
The doctor collected everything and walked towards a machine, she started doing magic.
Soon seconds turned minutes and minutes into hours, Lisa stood like that for three straight hours without moving.
Her phone continued buzzing in her back pocket but she just can't speak to anyone right now!!!!
When the doctor came back to her with the results, she was already trembling all over.
