~DAYS LATER;HOSPITAL~
Aurora smiled watching disha braid her hair,for the past few days the child had always visited and stayed with her all through, if affection was a person it was disha.
"how about this abby?" She raised the mirror to her face.
"Its beautiful disha,thank you!" Aurora smiled touching the long braid she made.
Disha giggled seating beside her "when will you leave the hospital abby, I don't like seeing you in this clothes!" she muttered, her face evidently sad.
"Well disha, today!" They both turned hearing the doctors voice.
"Your vitals are good and your lung has healed up so I don't see why we should keep you miss sandavol ,but that doesn't mean you're free ,you still to be careful so the stitch doesn't bleed out!" he explained.
"And I trust disha will do well taking care of you, right disha?!" He smiled at her.
"Of course doctor!" disha stated.
"Good ,I'll prepare your discharge papers now!" He turned to the door, he opened the door to see a large bouquet of roses covering the whole space
"Oh my?!" he moved aside, Drake stepped in holding the flower.
"Sorry doc" he smiled, he faced Aurora and she just had to smile seeing him, her new reason to smile, each passing day she only grew more and more in fall with love with him, his care,his handsome face and golden heart...God bless this man!!.
"roses for the lady!" He handed it to her, she sniffed in the scent and smiled.
"Thank you!" she squeaked at him.
"And chocolates for the other lady!" He brought out the chocolate handing it to disha.
"I thought you didn't bring me anything!" she grinned tearing the patch open.
"How you feeling today?!" His soft voice laced with so much love for her, and when he touched her cheek she just melted into his hand.
"I'm always fine when I see you!" she confessed .
"Drake the doctor said abby can be discharged today so she's coming home with us!" disha grinned excited.
"That's great news, thank you doc!" he faced the doctor.
"My pleasure, I will need you to sign her discharge papers so please come with me" the doctor said, Drake nodded he pecked her cheek following the man out
she sighed out in relief and calmness , after a long time she could finally find true happiness and such a wonderful family she got!, she would be forever grateful.
~ DRAKE'S MANSION ~
Their car pulled over into the compound, disha was the first the step down, she grinned running into the building in excitement for something.
Drake got down opening the door for aurora "why did she run?!" she asked him, he shrugged shutting the door behind her.
He held her hand as they both walked into house, the moment she stepped in her whole expression changed, they stood In front of her,all wearing a happy smile and even dressed expensively,the house was decorated only for her!.
"Welcome home abby!" They all chorused at the same time.
home!, not a place where she knew she lived but a place where she had people ,people who cared for her, home ,where her heart was.
"you guys did all this for me?!" she left Drake walking to them.
"It was all disha idea!" Rianna told her.
"Thank you guys!" she said,her voice low due to the tears she was having.
"I always knew abby was a crybaby just like isa!" lorenzo teased, earning him an elbow to the stomach from her.
"Just because I cried for you you won't let me breath!" she groaned.
"I'm still shocked finally we have a couple in this house,isa and lorenzo, wow!!" Clara chipped teasingly.
"shut up, we're not a couple!" Isadora frowned.
"Emotional damage!!" Rocco laughed.
"I'll heal,I'll heal!" lorenzo held his chest ,making a heartbroken face.
"You're so dramatic!" she scoffed at them.
They all laughed at their drama ,aurora turned back to Drake.
"Can I talk to you for a second?!" she asked him.
"Sure come on" He walked closer to her,she nodded as she followed him up the stairs to his room.
"uhm..Rocco, can we talk too?!" Gianna spoke,she's been silent all through.
"Uh..okay,what's up!?" He faced her.
"not here in private" she muttered .
"Hmmmmmmmm....." Antonio chipped in.
"Let's go" He followed her to her room.
she closed the door in a sigh battling with her own thoughts.
"about what you said about having feelings for me back then.." she started with that.
"Oh..", he mumbled.
"I think maybe I feel the same way and I've just been neglecting it because I.. I was kind of scared " Their was a tint of hesitation in her voice at the point, she took in deep breaths to brace the truth.
"I've fallen in love before during my college years, but then he dumped for another girl ,that made me so mad that I decided never to love anyone well until I joined this team, you're the only guy I've ever connected with after such a long time and I guess I misinterpreted it for friendship" she explained to him.
"I don't know what to say" He pressed his lips together starring at her.
"You...you don't know what to say,I just opened up to you and you don't know what to say?!" Her voice topped his own .
"Honeslty Gianna I don't know you see I did like you but then you acted weird towards him so I guess it kind of killed that feeling I'm sorry" He blurted flabouyantly out of his mouth.
She blinked in utter shock, "So you..you don't like me anymore!" she asked, her voice shaking in fear.
"Ha!, got you, I'm just kidding of course I like you Gianna!" He laughed out.
"You..you're insane!" she frowned at him, he smiled moving close to her.
"Where can I find another Badass like you, no where!" He praised making her blush.
"Awwn!!" They heard from the door.
Rocco arched his brows he left her going to open it and they fell right into the room.
"Ouch!!" Clara whinned ,she fell on the floor.
"Is there no privacy in this house!" Gianna groaned .
"We just lost our way that's it!" Antonio defended.
"Yes and plus this is my room too so I can come in whenever I want!" Clara stated.
"Forget us when is the marriage!!" she grinned close to Gianna.
"Uhmm...15 gianna hitting Clara on Death street!!" Gianna dragged her by the hair
"I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry!" she panicked in pain.
"good!" she left her.
"But really Gianna did it take you that long to figure out rocco liked you, some girls are just blind!" Antonio hissed.
"You're calling me blind!!" she charged to him ,but he took off and the race began
"You're lucky Rocco she didn't reject you, she's been through alot in the hands of love!" Clara said,her voice heaved concern for her friend.
"Not with me this time around, I promise!" He told her, truthfulness showing in his face.
"Let's go save Antonio before she kills him!"
~ DRAKE'S ROOM ~
"we haven't checked since that day you know!" Drake told aurora.
"The commissioner never told me about it I'm still surpised he tried to kill me for it!" She sighed, she knew the man long back but she never had the slightest clue of his other side.
Drake nodded,he walked to his cupboard puller it open and picked the USB.
"Everything about black carnary is in here" He faced her.
There was a moment of silence between them , it was the same thing they were after,but for different purpose and now it was right in front of them, they didn't know what to do with it.
"We should at least know what it contains" Aurora's voice finally broke the silence .
"Let's go down!" He said to her she nodded and turned going out of the room.
"You're back!" Rianna faced them.
"Where's rocco?" Drake asked.
"Here boss!" He came out along with Gianna, Clara and Antonio.
"We want to know what black carnary entails, here!" Drake handed the USB to him.
They all walked to the tech room together.
Anxiety sat as the king among them , this was everything they worked for, trained for, risked for, and now it was time to know what it really was.
Rocco connected it to his laptop and waited for it to load, it kept counting binary bits joing together in an algorithm encryption, till it stopped.
A folder was opened and different other files were in it with the names of different countries as their initials.
"No freaking way!" Rocco gasped in shock.
"What is it?" Aurora asked.
"it's an Internet virus ,not just any kind global Internet virus, this is massive!!" He was still shocked to believe.
"we don't follow rocco!" Drake stated.
"This is what they've been working on all this while, black carnary, the US government are bastards, they created a weapon able to destroy any country just In one click.. I'm speaking gibberish, it is an compartment of every countries Internet connection, like a Web connecting maybe the Russian software system to black carnary but in larger sphere, and in this files it has been encrypted to have control over their Web, there Internet transmission their WiFi, satellite and data!!" He explained, his voice was dimmed with fear and shock, baffled at what was discovered.
"Like a dooms day device!" Aurora muttered.
"The whole world runs on the Internet,missiles and nuclear bombs run on the Internet the Jets,aeroplanes , power system ,water all runs with network and Internet, in one press from black carnary, it automatically shuts down, no data no Internet no nothing, like an apocalypse" He stated to them.
"This is big!" Lorenzo heavied.
"They can start world war III with this and the US government had it in their custody ,bastards!" Isadora hissed out.
"He was going to use it against the United States, Russia, Japan and every country having more military power than London, and I was going to hand it to them " Aurora mumbled.
Drake sighed out, there was no he could cause destruction to the whole world,well he would but she changed his whole thinking of how the world looked like ,not the cruel and resentful one he saw but a world full of beautiful things and people like Aurora.
"Give it here rocco" he voiced out,rocco nodded removing the USB and handed it to it.
"I know what to do with this!" His lips curved into a smile as he held it firmly, he was thinking and when it was well thought he smirked.
"Let's go Aurora, I'll need your help" He faced her,she nodded at least following him out, they entered his sport car and he drove off to somewhere.
~US MARSHAL STATION~
as Drake instructed Aurora called her team and other higher hierarchies of the military to meet with him.
"This is a bad idea Drake they can pin you down!" She said to him as he pulled over at the entrance.
"Don't be scared trust me" He shot her a reassuring smile again getting off.
"Aurora?" Donovan called behind them.
"You came thank you so much" she moved close to him hugging him tight, that emotional hug she missed for a long time.
Drake cleared his throat making them break it "we came here for something important Let's stick with it" his gaze was hard on Donovan.
"Of all the men in the world you had to go for the worst of them all " Donovam frowned back at him.
"Guys please for me Donovan I can't lose him!" she pleaded .
"Fine,let's go ,with what you told me we have the upper hand " he sighed ,she smiled going back to Drake, the three walked into the building.
"Agent Donovan we got your call, is what you are true?!" Military commander stiles walked to them.
"Yes sir, late commissioner gravewood had it all planned out!" Donovan stated.
"And this criminal killed him!" The man eyed Drake.
"He shot me sir, I would have died if not for Drake!" Aurora spoke up.
"The drive where's It?!" The man asked the most important question.
"I have it but I will only give it you guys on one condition" Drake brought it out.
"The papers Donovan!" The man asked, he didn't want to do it but he had to.
Donovan relcuntanted at first but looking at Aurora's face, he took out the papers.
It was a nullifying of all drake's past crimes and that of day breakers, having no solid evidence against him he couldn't be arrested and had the free will to live as a normal citizen of the country.
The man took the file ,sighed as he took out his pen.
"You promise to keep your word Mr Drake lugard?" he looked at him.
"I promise!" Drake said honestly he looked at Aurora and smiled ,she got him doing things he never thought he would even do give up being a mafia, drug lord, guns trafficker?? all for one lady!!.
The man signed the papers thoroughly and handed it back to donovan "You're free from every crime Drake lugard I can't believe I'm saying this but don't let me regret it and Agent Aurora you did good, thank you for your floorless effort, the whole world will know of your bravery and courage !" He praised her, to the extent of giving her a salute!.
"Thank you so much sir!" she saluted back.
"The drive , I hope you guys know what to do with it" Drake handed it to him
"the us government needs to be questioned , thank you!" The man said, Drake nodded as he walked away.
black carnary was history from now, to be deactivated and destroyed particularly!.
Aurora smiled happily she faced Drake and jumped into his hands for the warmest hug.
"You're free!" She smiled wholeheartedly.
"I guess I am!" he chuckled.
"I still have my eyes on you Drake lugard you hurt my friend and I'll come for you!" Donovan glared at him.
"Donovan!" Aurora laughed out.
"I'll miss you" he muttered sadly.
"She's not leaving she'll still be with you guys!" Drake said.
"Actually I am, I've decided to quit , I've dedicated my whole life to the crib I think its time to find something else, and I did with you Drake, I want to start again and get the full adventure of life by your side" She smiled her words so loving it sank into his heart.
"Thank you" was all he could say, her eyes held so much love for him ,love he never had ,love he never knew the meaning till he met her
He just pulled her claiming her lips for a passionate kiss filled with love!.
THREE WEEKS LATER; NICOLO'S MANSION
"one two three cheers!!!" Vanessa and Nicolo sliced the cake down.
" Cheers!!!" The whole gang raised their glasses happily.
Three weeks had gone by and many things happened after Drake got his freedom.
Day breakers were no longer known but the team still stuck together in DL mansion. Rocco and Gianna love life got a nice start as he kept proving to her he was different on each passing day.
Isadora and Lorenzo also had a wonderful romantic relationship as everyone called it.
Antonio and Clara still remained single but became best friends along the line.
Phoenix was handed over the US MARSHAL as an accomplice of Commissioner.
Everything was just perfect ,And tonight they gathered to celebrate Nicolo's win of the bet he made.
He had a win win as Vanessa accepted to be his girlfriend few days back, he proved himself to her miraculously ,and she also got to know the other side of him, apart from the one she knew, she saw his love,his care,his cooking skills and even his tears, he was always there for her gave her everything she asked and didnt ask for ,why wouldn't she fall for him??
"Three weeks, I did it!"Nicolo grinned.
"I'm shocked myself!" He exclaimed dramatically.
"Cheers to you bro!" Drake raised his cup, His diva was right with him, he held her close by the waist gasping in her ravishing beauty and wonderful glamor, she had her hair made white again and it just finished her beauty the queen of his heart, after the moon there was no other creation of God more beautiful than she was his completeness, new reason to live!.
Aurora sandavol!.
"I won , I won the bet and also won your heart am I not lucky?!" Nicolo smiled facing Vanessa.
"I did lose but I can live with it" she smiled back at him.
"Awwn!" They gushed at him.
"Cake time!!" Isadora grinned moving to the cake she took the knife cutting the heart shaped cake down.
"Let's make a toast first" Aurora said gaining their attention.
"I just want to say I love you all so much, and I'm glad to be with you guys a month back I never imagined such a loving family as you all you, I didn't even dream of being here or standing beside Drake lugard !" she chuckled at last word .
"But here I am, crazily in love with my arch enemy , my heart ,soul and mind now only knows one word, MEETING DRAKE LUGARD WAS THE BEST THING THAT HAPPENED TO ME!" she starred at him, Drake smiled back at her.
"So this toast is for you Drake, thanks for loving me and thank you for showing me what true love really means, it doesn't have to come from being a good person or being righteous if you have a pure heart you'll find the right person just like I did, my better half you drake" she closed the gap between them, she handed the glass to who ever took it and held his two hands.
"I will be forever grateful to God for bringing you to me, You're everything I want in life, So I love you, my love for you is unconditional and unending ,forever and ever!" Tears build up in her eyes getting emotional already.
"I love you too Aurora!" He raised her hands to his lip kissing her knuckles
"Today,tomorrow and all my life,never ending love is my love for you, there's no Drake with Aurora always remember that and if you forget let my kiss always remind you!" he captured her lips in the moment , she reciprocated immediately holding his cheeks .
she was supposed to Capture this man but he captured her heart instead, a love story formed on hard grounds of diverse personalities but grew out flowers of eternal love , the good and the bad ,a perfect combination made in heaven!.
