A novel of Dark Ties chapter 5

Indigo's wrist began burning instantly and a loud deafening scream escaped her lips and she fell on her butts in tears.

She immediately looked up and she saw Foxin standing there.

Death!

He helped her!

I pity indigo o!

Her wrist is still burning.

Students kept mummering amongst themselves as they watched indigo crying in pains.

"Foxin! What did you do to her?" Zoya immediately rushed to the scene and he rolled eyes before walking away.

"Zo...Zo... Zoya!" Indigo cried aloud.

Zoya only sighed and squat infront of her and she sniffled.

"Foxin is the only one who can cure this. I don't know why he did it tho" She said standing on her feet and indigo cries added.

"Oh no!" She exclaimed. The Sting was unbearable. How will she tell him to heal this, he's death himself.

ALPHAS FLOOR ~ 8PM

Ravenna and Jaxon said their goodbyes as they entered the third floor { room for low class students}.

Catalina sighed and turned to her left, heading to the alpha's floor. Her room.

She still hasn't met with her roomies and it's kinda making her curious. And she's still thinking about the guy who saved her from indigo's slap earlier.

' Who's he? '

Though Ravenna and Jaxon told her not to think about it.

She didn't see his face clearly but she knew he was handsome. That thought made her smile.

She stopped infront of the elevator and she pressed the floor number and she got to the alphas floor in no time.

After using her key card and the faces of the three siblings greeted her immediately. She stepped in, taking her gaze from one person to another.

"Um..um" She tried saying something but it's as if the words are glued to her tongue.

"Such a freak" Ruslan said and Landon shot him a glare.

"Hi Catalina" Landon said with a friendly smile and she began to hiccup.

"Hey you okay?" He asked, rushing to rub her back gently and she almost melted. He's so nice.

Ruslan rolled eyes and Zoya scoffed.

"I don't know why and how you managed to get a room here in this floor, but I'll just tell you to stay away from me, keep, disappear if you want I don't care." Zoya talked and stood.

She's really beautiful and she has this killer legs that made her sèxy in the heels she's wearing.

"And, Stay away from the void... keep out" She said with a Stern look and walked out. Her long black hair bouncing behind her.

Ruslan laughed and walked away too and Catalina fell sick immediately.

"Are you fine?" Landon asked and she nodded.

"Don't mind them, they're just getting used to your stay here and they're not used to being around um..."

"It's..I... understand" She forced a smile.

"Just don't step on Zoya's toes okay"

♪♪♪♪♪♪♪♪♪♪♪ FOURTH FLOOR♪♪♪♪♪♪♪♪♪

Indigo sat on the floor, her back against the wall, as she cradled her burnt wrist in her lap. Tears streamed down her face as she rocked back and forth, her body shaking with sobs. Daisy and Ruby, her loyal minions, knelt on either side of her, trying to comfort her.

"Oh, Indigo, it's okay," Daisy cooed, stroking Indigo's hair.

"We're here for you. It's going to be okay." Ruby said.

But Indigo just cried harder, her body wracked with pain and anger.

"He did it because of that wench. She'll pay for it, I swear she will."

Ruby's eyes narrowed, her face twisting with anger.

", Indigo what are you gonna do to her? I can't wait for a spicy drama" she asked, her voice low and menacing.

Indigo's eyes flashed with hatred as she looked up at Ruby.

 "Catalina," she spat.

Daisy's face scrunched up in distaste.

"Ugh, I hate her," she said, her voice full of venom.

"She thinks she's so much better than us just because she's living with the alpha" Ruby rolled eyes.

Indigo's crying slowed, replaced by a cold, calculating anger.

"She'll pay for what she's done," she repeated, her voice dripping with malice. "I'll make sure of it."

Ruby and Daisy exchanged a look, their eyes gleaming with excitement. They knew that when Indigo got angry, she was a force to be reckoned with. And they were more than happy to help her exact her revenge.

"Don't worry, Indigo," Ruby said, her voice soothing.

"We'll take care of Catalina. She won't know what hit her."

Indigo's face twisted into a cruel smile, her eyes glinting with malevolence.

"Oh, I'm counting on it," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.

 "I'm counting on it."

¢¢¢¢¢ WOODS $$$$$$

The air was thick with the scent of damp earth and decaying leaves as a group of dark figures gathered in a clearing deep in the woods. The moon was new, casting a dark and foreboding shadow over the assembly. The trees seemed to loom over them, their branches like skeletal fingers reaching out to snuff out the faint light that struggled to penetrate the canopy above.

At the center of the clearing stood a figure shrouded in shadows, its presence seeming to draw the very light out of the air. The others gathered around it, their faces twisted with malevolent intent.

"The time is not yet ripe," the figure spoke in a voice that sent shivers down the spines of the assembled dark spirits.

"The next Moon Goddess has not yet revealed herself." The lady said.

She's a tall elegant woman clouded in dark robes. The way the moon shown brightly on her face, one could tell she's really beautiful.

A murmur of discontent rippled through the group, their whispers like the rustling of dry leaves.

"But we have reason to believe she is among the students at the NC university right?" one of them said, a tall and gaunt figure with eyes that glowed like embers.

The lady nodded, its presence seeming to grow more intense.

"Yes, we have received reports of a girl with... potential. But her scent and powers are not yet visible. We must wait until she is more developed, until her energies are stronger and more pronounced."

A low growl emanated from the group, their frustration and hunger for destruction palpable.

"We have waited for so long," one of them snarled, a creature with razor-sharp claws and teeth.

"We will not be denied again." He added.

The central figure raised a hand, its presence commanding silence.

"Patience, my friends. We will not strike until the time is right. But when we do, the Moon Goddess will fall, and the balance of power will shift in our favor. Just a little patience" she growled.

The group fell silent, their eyes gleaming with anticipation as they contemplated the destruction to come. The darkness seemed to grow thicker, more oppressive, as if it itself was feeding off their malevolent energy.

In the distance, a faint rustling could be heard, the sound of leaves and twigs snapping as something moved through the underbrush. The group's heads turned, their eyes narrowing as they sensed the presence of an outsider. They're already ready for attack.

But it was just a stray animal,  a squirrel, and the group's attention returned to their dark plans." The Moon Goddess, whoever she might be, was not yet aware of the danger that lurked in the shadows, waiting to strike. But soon, she would be, and when that day comes, the darkness would unleash its full fury upon her and consume her, like the first moon godess"
