"You see this guy here, he's my pos so hold him" Catalina said before Foxin could process what was going on she began going away sassily.
The worst part is that he's not with his wallet.
Who the hell is she?
No girl has ever tried this kind of shit with him before. He sighed and looked at the vendors.
"Give me a sec"
He made a phone call and within few minutes Eric arrived at the roadside carrying Foxin's wallet and credit card. He handed them over to Foxin, who used them to pay for the food Catalina had ordered. After the transaction was complete, Eric nodded and said
, "All set," before turning and walking away.
Foxin watched him go, then turned his attention to Catalina, who was standing by the roadside, licking her hands like a baby. She had just finished eating the chicken wings and was completely carefree, not minding the fact that she was standing by the road.
"Thanks, sir...I mean, death," she said, looking up at Foxin with a mischievous glint in her eye.
Foxin raised an eyebrow, amused by the way she called the 'DEATH '
"You're paying me back, don't think you're going scot-free," he said, crossing the road to where his car was parked.
Catalina quickly ran after him, her eyes fixed on the car. Truth be told, she didn't have any money to go back to the university, and she was hoping to catch a ride with Foxin.
"I don't have money," she said, raising her brows as she caught up to him.
"Don't you know the saying that says it pays to be nice?" She asked and Foxin scoffed, his expression unyielding.
"Who told you I'm nice?I didn't know you're a prophetess. You're paying for that..."
But before he could finish talking, Catalina had already opened the car door and slipped inside. Foxin glared at her angrily as he got in behind the wheel.
"Why are you even in my car?" he asked, his voice stern.
Catalina giggled, looking up at him with a cute pout.
"Because I need a lift to the university," she said, her eyes sparkling with mischief and Foxin raised an eyebrow.
"Do I look like a taxi driver to you?" he asked, his tone dry.
Catalina shook her head, her ponytail bobbing behind her.
"No! But you're my professor, and you have a car. You're going to the same place as me, so we can go together," she said, smiling sweetly.
Foxin couldn't help but be charmed by her audacity, despite himself. He sighed, starting the engine and pulling out of the parking spot.
"Fine, but don't think this means you're getting off scot-free. You still owe me for the food."
"Even if you hold me hostage for a deacon... You won't spot a penny on me" She said and he started the car.

The ride to the university was quiet, with Foxin and Catalina barely exchanging a word. As soon as the car stopped, Catalina got out, stretching her arms and yawning. But as she stepped out of the car, she was immediately surrounded by a crowd of staring students.
Isn't that Catalina! She came out of death's car?!!!!
What do you expect, she's a bitçh!!!!
I know, right? I've heard he's got a reputation for being ruthless!!!!!
I'm surprised she's still alive, to be honest!!!!
I bet she's just trying to get attention, as usual!!!!
Ugh, I don't know how she does it, but she always manages to get herself popular!!!!
Indigo and her minions were not left out, and they couldn't help but join in on the gossip.
"The heck!" Indigo said with gritted teeth, her eyes narrowing as she watched Catalina.
Ravenna and Jaxon rushed towards Catalina, looking concerned.
Ravenna cleared her throat awkwardly and Catalina said thank you to Foxin which Foxin smirked before she went to their side.
Girls would not stop fainting as he made away to the Alpha mansion.
"Are you okay? Are you fine?" Ravenna asked, checking Catalina all over as if searching for any signs of injury.
"Yeah, why?" Catalina asked curiously, looking at Ravenna and Jaxon with a confused expression.
"What were you doing with him?" Jaxon asked, his brow furrowed with concern.
Catalina sighed and rolled her eyes. !
"Not like he tried kidnapping me or something," she said, waving her hand dismissively.
But Ravenna's expression turned serious.
"Haven't you heard, girls who go close to him die?" she said, her voice low and ominous and Catalina's eyes widened in surprise.
Zoya said that once but she thought she was just using it to scare her away from Foxin.
"So it's true?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper and Ravenna nodded, her eyes grave.
"I can give you count of girls who died already," she said, her voice dripping with seriousness.
"She's right Catalina,stay away from him" Jaxon joined and it made her a curiosity grow more.
"Tell me what I need to know about Foxin" She said as they headed towards the dorm.

Foxin walked into his void, a dimly lit room that seemed to swallow all sound and light. He closed the door behind him and took off his shirt, revealing his chiseled torso and his dragon Ball tattoo at his back. The air was thick with tension as his mind drifted to Catalina said the stunt she pulled earlier.
She is supposed to be scared of him,but seems she's not! He smirked at the thought.
Just as he was about to relax, the door opened and Eric walked in. "
do you have any info on Catalina yet?" He asked immediately Eric entered without sparing him a glance.
Foxin's expression didn't change, but his eyes seemed to bore into Eric's soul.
"I'm asking you, Eric. Do you have any information on Catalina?" he repeated, his voice low and even.
Eric sighed, his shoulders slumping in defeat.
"Boss, it's not easy, I swear. You can kill me if you want, but I'm telling you, I've tried everything. I've hacked into every database, talked to every source... nothing. It's like she doesn't exist." Eric replied and his eyes darkened.
"I'm giving you three days, Eric. That's all the time you have to find out everything there is to know about Catalina. If you fail, you're dead." Foxin narrowed his eyes with his jaws clenched.
Eric's eyes widened in fear, but he quickly composed himself. He clasped his hands together, a pleading look on his face.
"Thanks, boss. That's better. I'll do everything I can, I promise."
Foxin sat down in front of his laptop, his eyes fixed on the screen as he began to type. He wore a pair of glasses, which seemed out of place on his rugged features. Eric watched him, his eyes fixed on the boss's back.
Then, Eric spoke up, his voice hesitant. "Boss, I also received a message from your father, it's about the next blood moon and He says you need to find your mates..."
Foxin's expression changed in an instant, his eyes flashing with anger.
"Finish it, and I'll kill you," he spat, his voice venomous.
"I don't need any fucking mate. If I must die, then I'll die alone. Don't you dare mention my family again. I've survived 20 years without a mate and I survived" He spoke with his eyes still fixed on the laptop infront of him.
"But what if this one is different,what if...just what if"
Foxin already smashed the laptop and it broke into pieces immediately.
"One more word about that blood moon thing and I'll send your head to your family idiot" He spat and entered the bathroom.

Indigo was smoking shisha on her bed, while Ruby and Daisy were laying down on their bed.
They returned to their room after the Catalina coming out of foxin car's scene.
"Don't tell me that thing is chasing after my Foxin" Indigo said puffing out smoke from her nostrils.
"Isn't it obvious? She came out of his car, when no one has ever did. I just hate her guts" Ruby rolled eyes, typing away on her phone.
"Well I already talked to Mom about it and she's doing something about that witch" Indigo rolled eyes.
"She needs to pay for the humiliation she caused me, like who does that" Daisy rolled next to Ruby and she peeped into her phone and she quickly snatched it away from her.
"Don't tell me you're crushing on Jaxon" Daisy said running around the room with the phone and Ruby went after her as she laughed.
"Give it back" She yelled.
