kumkani has been angry all day locking himself up inside his gym room in the house and not letting me in so I gave him some space and got busy withe the house chores since his cleaner was off , she comes and cleans during the day and goes home .

he walks out sweating and comes over to the counter and I take a bottle of cold water at him and he drinks up and winks at me causing me to smile .

kumkani : get ready we are going to my parents' house .

he says walking upstairs and I sigh as the thought of dia also being there crossed my mind she should have heard about Ntando by now .

I can't look her in the eye again after sleeping and falling in love with her man , she already hates me and I can see how crazy that would drive her already .

kumkani : babe let's go .

he said already waiting for me by the door with his car keys in his hand and I shook my head .

me : kumkani we haven't even dated a month let alone told dia about this ... us .

kumkani : I haven't talked to her since the height night she should could have took the hint .

me : kumkani you're a man you should be mature enough to know that's not how it works , she's probably worried about you , you just went owl on her .

kumkani : are you coming or not uyazi because I can't stand here and listen to you teaching me how to be a man !

he slightly shouted clenching his jaws .

he said putting on his smile that drives me real crazy rubbing his stomach as always what is he doing to me , I've never been in love but if this is how it feels I wanna be in it forever .

we arrived at his house and he lead the way in and there were already a few people from the neighborhood , we went straight to the house and dia was already there with his parents and she came to hug him as soon as we walked in and the mother was sitting devastated in mattresses and her husband was on the chairs and came over to hug him too .

his eyes were on his mom the whole time and  he was deeply worried about how much it affected her as they were very close. 

he went to sit next to her and she just looked at him as tears kept rolling down her face and his turned red too but he kept blinking trying to keep them within his eyes .

kumkani : ma ,I'm sorry , im sorry I couldn't protect him .

ma : you know it's not your fault kumkani but if this business of yours doesn't stop I don't wanna know what's going to happen.

kumkani : I love you ma , I love you .

he said hugging her letting her sob on his chest and got up going out with his dad and diana went to join his mom as the daughter in law in mattresses and I went outside and another woman called me to help her peel potatoes and that helped me get distracted.

after kumkani came back from the mortuary he went to his girl who was sitting with her new friend amanda and he asked her to leave them for a moment .

uyazi : are we going home ?

kumkani : yeah you can roll I still have a lot to do so I might be back in the morning .

uyazi : okay is she ... dia leaving too?

kumkani: uyazi this is complicated okay I haven't told her about us and you're only making it harder can you please just  ...

me : kumkani this is not easy okay I told I shouldn't have come here , it hurt to just watch the person you love touch someone else infront of you .

kumkani: this will all be over soon I promise .

he said leaning over and kissed her , he pulled out and called his driver to take her home and Diana hid as soon kumkani walked back into the house , she was angry and hurt and she just wanted to kill someone .
