NORA'S POV
As soon as I gave her a tight slap across her face, She let out a Shriek of rage,Her eyes were filled with anger and she raised her hand to hit me back.
But before she could, Alexander appeared out of nowhere with Lily by his side,His Eyes were cold and icy. "Tricia don't even think about it"He warned and I felt my heart flip against my chest.
Her hand froze in mid-air and all of a sudden,She let out a fake sob. "Xander, She slapped me!"She screeched,her eyes filled with crocodile tears. "I didn't do anything to her,I swear"
I rolled my eyes,Annoyed and disgusted at her performance but I didn't say a word, secretly smiling at Lily who was trying hard to hold a Laugh.
"We both know you're the liar here, You kept insulting me"I said,my voice firm.
Tricia's face turned red with rage but Alexander's grip on her arm held her back. "Tricia that's enough"He said,his voice firm. "You're not going to attack her in my house"
I Smiled to myself and was surprised cuz I was expecting him to take his fiance's side like every man would have done even if she was wrong but he didn't and that made me smile to myself more.
Tricia's fake sob stopped, replaced with a look of anger and furstration. "You're always taking her side!"She spat,Her voice filled with venom.
"You're always defending her instead of me,I should be the one you defend not her!!!!"
Jeez.... She screams so much.
Alexander's expression turned cold. "I am defending her because you're being unreasonable and cruel towards her, You've done nothing but disrespect her ever since she came here and I won't stand it"
I felt a surge of gratitude towards Alexander. "Now, Apologize to her"Alexander growled, catching me off guard.
Tricia gaped at him in shock. "You want me to apologise to this bitch?"
Alexander's eyes narrowed. "Watch your language"He warned coldly. "And yes, I want you to apologise to Nora"
"I will do no such thing, I will not apologise to her"She scowled at him and I saw Alexander's eyes filled with anger.
"It's okay Mr knights, She doesn't need to ap_"
"No she has to apologise"He cut me off, glancing back at her in anger.
"Apologize to her,Now!"He raised his tone and I flinched staring at him in shock. His tone was different,He sounded really mad and I felt guilt knowing it was because of me_i was making them Fight...I was making him angry at his fiance.
Tricia turned to me,Eyes burning with hatred. "I'm sorry Nora"She apologized quietly. I knew she didn't mean that, She was only apologizing cuz she didn't want to make Alexander more angry.
"Again, Much louder"He said coldly glaring at her.
Tricia's voice raised, and she apologized àgain. "I'm sorry Nora"
But Alexander still looked displeased. "Did you hear her Nora?"He asked me.
I shook my head, smirking."No I didn't". Her face was even more red with rage and shame.
"I also didn't hear her"Lily said quietly.
"Apologize to her again"Alexander said again.
"I'm sorry Nora"Her voice was more louder and desperate.
But Alexander wasn't satisfied.
"Again"
"I'm sorry Nora"She looked like she was about to cry out of shame.
"Again"
"I'm sorry Nora"
I Smiled feeling a sense of satisfaction. "I forgive you"I said,my voice dripping with sarcasm.
Her eyes were burning with rage and humiliation and I smiled again. I never knew payback felt this good.
