NEXT MORNING;RHEAGARS ROOM.
the loud knocking of the door got kaira springing out the bed,she barted her lashes familiarising with the morning sun.
She looked around the room searching for rheagar
"Thank God he left" she breathed out, she stepped down matching something hard.
"Get off" Rheagar pushed her leg off she stepped on his chest.
kaira jecked up jumping from the other side.
"Do you want to kill me??" rhegar stood up facing her he found it difficult to sleep on the floor all through night and when he finally found little sleep ,she ruined it.
"I didn't see you gawd!" she stated.
she looked over at him seeing the blanket on the floor, a satisfying smile formed on her lips.
"Of course you're happy,I let you sleep on my bed so smile it's not happening ever again" Rhegar frowned,he picked the blanket off the ground storming into the bathroom.
kaira smiled happily "I did it" she clapped.
She hissed hearing the knock more louder.
" who's it?" She asked.
"mid wives my queen" she heard them say.
"ohh they still came to confirm,okay then" kaira smiled.
She walked to bed opening the sheet wide, beating her hand she let her blood pour out on it.
"There" she picked It up.
She opened the door throwing it out immediately shutting it back.
"The king finally claimed the queen!.
"Long live the king!"
"All hail the new queen!"
"an heir will soon be born!"
The mid wives chanted.
kaira covered her mouth holding her laughter "An heir??, keep dreaming" she laughed
she stopped laughing seeing rhevar step out,her eyes scanned him seeing his bare chest,as he moved so did the muscle his breast lingered.
"who was here?" rheagar asked,he walked to his wardrobe picking out something to wear.
"mid wives" kaira answered she looked away as he dropped the cloth off him.
"no manners" she hissed..
Rhegar shook his head,he wore his pants throwing a shirt on.
He picked his coat placing it on his shoulders,he stepped up to her..
"You didn't answer them right??" he asked.
kaira turned and froze at his closeness with her.
"what?, they asked for the sheets and I gave it to them,with some of my blood on it "she uttered.
"You did what?!!" rhegar eyes widened in shock.
She moved away from him "what?" She asked obliviously.
"how stupid are you?, you played tricked on them you think they won't know the difference between fresh blood and a virgin blood...or are you even one..." he shot..
kaira bit her lip ,she felt embarrassed already "if I am if I'm not blood is blood!" she fired back ,she pushed his shoulder walking away.
"If my mother finds out what you did you won't like the outcome " rheagar words stopped her.
"You go explain to your mommy kaira doesn't care ,stupid rules!" she hissed storming into the bathroom.
rhegar roughed his hair sighing out.
He picked his sword from the desk walking out of the room..
He headed straight to the throne room.
Stepping in he looked around to see new faces.
"grandfather" the first thing first he walked to him and bowed I respect.
"You're late but I'll let it pass How's kaira?" king balem asked.
rheagar scoffed "She's fine" he muttered taking the seat close to him ..not the throne.
"Greetings your majesty!" They stood up to greet.
"Pleaae seat" rheagar said.
"Good morning my king" phiona stood she held her gown bowing so elegantly.
"Morning phiona" rhegar replied.
"Chief hale why is lady phiona here?" he directed his question.
Chief stood " My King I had this idea,since our queen is new to the customs of our land phiona here can help her to know them" he said.
"I think the queen will do perfectly well in learning our customs and rheaga.."
"That's a good idea" rheagar stopped his grandfather..
"Sorry grandfather I can't risk it" rheagar muttered..
"Very well then ,thank you your majesty" chief hale smiled seating back..
"You're so cheap you're using the queen to get your daughter into the Palace" Commander lanister scoffed.
"but it worked" he replied back.
"Your majesty tonight is meant to be the coronation of the queen if it's still holding?" One of his royal advisers spoke up.
"Of course the coronation of queen kaira will be tonight,the neighbouring kingdoms needs to know of the queen!!" king balem said.
"Alright then, the coronation will hold tonight" rheagar said also.
"We need to prepare everything and send the invites,the meeting is adjourned till evening " rheagar stood up.
"long live the king!" They chanted leaving the place.
Rheagar stood up " I'm going to train grandfather take care" he muttered also leaving.
"hmm,I'll go see the queen then" he smiled, he stood up heading out..
~BACK AT RHEAGAR'S CHAMER~
kaira scattered through rheagars wardrobe searching for anything to wear
"My Queen??" She heard a knock.
"Don't this people ever rest?"kaira groaned she held the towel moving to the door.
"yes??"
"Your dress my queen" kaira immediately opened the door she held the girls hand pulling her in.
"Thank God how did you know?" She smiled,.
the girl dropped the bundle of dresses she had in her hand on the bed.
"Queen mother sent this my queen " She bowed, kaira picked one up.
"What is this??, its so heavy how will I even walk in this" she groaned..
"Well my queen this is made of the finest material its a very rare design his highness got it for her during one of his trips to the dragon kingdom" the girl gibbefed.
" oh am sorry my queen I spoke too much" she covered her mouth..
"I like you,you talk when you're not supposed to,well get along well" kaira smiled.
"what's your name?", she asked.
"se..seline " she muttered.
"okay seline you're going to help me pick something not to heavy out of all this If not I won't wear any of it" kair stated.
"No no my queen, ill help you pick now"seline said hurriedly, she immediately started searching for a simple one.
"This doesn't have much attachment " she raised it up.
"Perfect" kaira took it she rushed into the dressing side wearing her under garment she threw tje gown on adjusting the flares at the down.
"You look beautiful my queen" seline complimented..
"And you too seline" she said,her stomach made weird noises.
"I forgot to eat something last night I'm hungry"she mumbled nursing her stomach.
"Good thing I brought breakfast " king balem said standing by the door,he stepped in accompanied by two maids who dropped two trays on the table..
"Greetings great king" seline bowed
"he's the great king kaira bow!" Phoenix told her..
"oh ..." she muttered..
"Greetings...", shemade to bow but king balem stopped her.
"You don't need to bow before me dear yoi can just give me a hug" he pulled her to him
"he's weird...in a good way"she said..
"How are you dear I couldn't come see you at night by the way I loved how you made my grandson run he's been lazy for some days!" king balem chuckled.
kaira chuckled also,she already liked him ...
"I brought you breakfast,rheagar was busy so I think he forgot to send them" he protected him.
kaira shuggered she walked to the table taking a seat.
king balem also sat "You all may leave" he ordered,the maids left immediately.
"Child I know all this is new to you but you'll get used to them,it's only a matter of time" he said.
kaira dropped her spoon looking at him "I don't want to get used to it" She muttered
"You want to change them?" King balem asked now..
"if I could I would king balem" kaira uttered .
"call me grandfather kaira but you're the queen and a queen can do anything she wants as long as it's for the betterment of the people" he told her..
"Not quite sure" kaira chuckled.
"But you'll still try?" he smiled at her.
when she didn't say anything else he proceeded to say "You're the perfect queen thageran needs right now,I'll leave you to enjoy your meal kaira dear" he stood up.
she also stood up "Thank you grandfather" she smiled..
he parted her hair walking out.
"First mom and now him they really think I'll able to be their queen " kaira thought to herself..
she shurgged and went back to her food.
EVENING; RHEAGARS CHAMBER
Rheagar walked to his room ,he was about opening the door when he had giggling from inside.
He leaned in listening more.
"Stop it seline you're going to make my ribs break!" kaira laughed out.
"I don't mean to my queen that's just what happened,king balem was so angry at his majesty he made him do 50 pushs up" she continued.
"You've really stayed with them to know all this right??" kaira asked finally stopped laughing.
"well my mother used to serve the first king before he passed on,so i basically grew up in the Palace" seline smiled.
"How about the queen tell me is she always that bossy?" kaira asked.
"well not always but she's nice and always just she might be angry at times but her heart is a heart of gold" seline told her genuinely.
Rheagar finally stopped easedropping opening the door.
"Your majesty" seline immediately stood up Bowing In respect.
"You may leave seline" he said.
"Thanks for keeping me company seline" kaira smiled at her,she smiled back and left.
"You're not dressed yet" he faced her.
"for??" She asked .
"it's your coronation tonight don't you know?" rheagar said.
"No one told me anything " she muttered.
"Okay" was all he said,he walked to his wardrobe taking his own dress,a gold fine leather coat with shiny stones on it,he picked something else their.
he walked to the bed dropping a gown their "That's yours", he muttered it was a gold gown gracefully adorned with gold stones, extra pearls on the neck.
Even if she didn't want to, she walked to the bed picking tje gown up.
"This is beautiful " she gushed out.
."My father got it made for whoever I was going to get married to,luckily it's you" rheagar muttered.
"ohh" she mumbled.
"Go try it on, if it's fits you", he told her,she immediately walked to the dressing room.
"She's didn't argue with me" rheagar sighed in relief.
"grandfather was right after all" he smiled.
He used the opportunity to also get changed.
Kaira slide into the dress ,she pulled the zipper up but it got stuck in the middle.
"come on" she tried but it wasn't moving.
"it's stuck gush" she tried again.
"Are you done kaira??" rheagar called out.
"A minute " she answered.
Rheagar waited and waited but she still hadn't come out, he decided to check himself.
"what's taking you so long?" kaira immediately turned around hearing his voice.
"I said I'm coming get out!" she stated.
"I simply came to check you're taking too long the celebrations is about to begin" he told her.
he starred at her and wowed,she looked beautiful in the dress.
kaira held the zipper with one hand still trying to pull it up.
"is it stuck??" rheagar asked observing her.
"No" she lied.
"Will you let me help you" rheagar scoffed walking closer to her.
"I said I can do it" she snapped.
"Quit being stubborn I just want to help " rheagar said,she glared at him but stopped her hand turning her back to him.
rheagar gulped seeing her bare skin, he suddenly remembered the feeling he got when he kissed her there.
"Don't hurt my skin " she warned.
He managed to nod pushing all those feelings aside,he touched her silk hair moving it aside.
Holding the zipper, he pulled it up immediately it zipped, but her bare back kept sending him warning signals.
He touched her back moving his hand around it.
"what are you doing is it zipped?" kaira asked bringing back to reality.
he moved away from her ,there was no way he would hold the urge if she kept looking that beautiful.
kaira turned around facing him "Thank you " she muttered.
she noticed the way he kept starring at her lust showing in his eyes.
"You're just torturing yourself " blade uttered in his head.
kaira immediately walked past him heading out.
She touched her back still getting the feel of his hands there .
"You want him and you know it" Phoenix spoke.
"Shut it" she snapped at her.
she looked at her self in the large concave shaped mirror in front of her.
"I look beautiful don't I?" She grinned.
The way the fitting brought out her perfect curves, and the upper part exposing the right amount of clevages, the off shoulders revealing the crystal skin the goddess blessed her with.
Rheagar stood idol just watching her comb her hair,she plaited it into a long braid tjen rolling it up adding clips to it.
Some strands fell to her face but that was what she wanted.
"how can she look this beautiful and crazy at the same time" he muttered losing his senses by each passing minute.
kaira stood from the chair facing him now.
"I'm done" she said out.
"You look beautiful " He finally said it out.
Maybe it was a flivker of the candles but he could have swore he saw her blush.
"I know" kaira mumbled, her stomach did a back flip hearing him compliment her.
"Shall we??" he brought his hand forward.
she hesitated before but after five seconds of thinking she placed her hands in his.
Rheagar just had to smile at that.
"Don't smile to much you don't know what I'll do at the coronation" kaira smirked, the smile faded away immediately.
