Her Destiny
I let out a sigh, hope things go well. I glanced at the time on my phone screen one last time and pick up my handbag. I got out, made sure the door is locked and boarded a taxi to my destination.
I fastened my footsteps heading towards his office, I don't think he has arrived yet.
"Good morning miss Amara." Someone greets behind me. I turned to face the person, oh it's the guy that bumped into me weeks ago.
"Hi, morning." I respond.
He flashed me a warm smile and got a little bit close to where I stood. "Nice seeing you around."
"Same here, uhm?."
"David. David Brown." He interrupts. I guess he got the fact I was trying to recall his name.
"Oh yeah. Sorry..."
"It's fine. I haven't seen you ever since our boss went for a business trip with miss Mathia, is everything alright?." He asks with a concerned look.
He adjust his spectacles waiting for a reply, his blue eyes fits him so well.
"Uhh yeah, I was kinda busy with some stuffs, all is well." I say.
He nods. "I see."
"Yeah, thanks for asking."
"You're welcome." He says. He scratched the back of his hair and speaks up. "I was thinking if we could hang out sometimes. Just to know each other well."
I simply smile and nod. "Sure, why not. "
His face radiates with happiness, he attempts to speak but the voice of someone familiar Interrupts him.
"Why the hell are you two here??."
I swallowed to nothing, I watched him move close to us. He has this mixed look, its hard to state what he's thinking about.
"Good morning sir." David stutters with his head lowered.
"Get back to work." He sternly replies to David and glance at me.
"Good morning sir." I greet.
Collins didn't respond, instead he walked past us with his hands dipped into his tux trouser pocket. Well that's odd, is he in a bad mood today??.
"See you later then." David tells snapping me out of my thoughts.
"Okay. "
He smiles and walked away.

I took a seat on my chair once I got into my office. I closed my eyes and massage my temple, I feel so weird. I just can't stand it!. I don't know what is becoming of me but I can't seem to stand it whenever I see her with other guys.
I have no fucking idea of how i feel right now. Am so fucked up!
I heard a knock on my door. I sit properly and answered. "Come in."
The door creaks open as she enters. My heart raced, she walks close and stood in front of me. I kinda feel guilty for ignoring her greetings earlier.
"Uhm sir, I thought I should know my duties since am replacing Mathia Morgan." She says.
A smirk curve on my lips, she looks cute as her mouth moves, her lips are so pink. Fuck me! I need a holy water to deliver me from this shit!.
"Sir!?." She calls this time a bit loud.
I blink my eyes, have I been staring at her??. Fuck! Am dumb. I cleared my throat to speak but my phone vibrated which signify a call. I picked it up and checked the caller .
Laura, why is she calling me??.
I click on the answer button, her lousy voice came in.
📲 Hey Collins!!
I sigh. 📱 Laura, you called. What's up with you??
I hear her scoff at the other side of the call. 📲 Is it bad for me to call my cousin??
📱Get to it Laura. Why did you call?
📲 Alright fine!! Am coming over to your place tonight.
📱 Huh?? Why?
📲 Isn't it obvious?? Because I missed you of course.
I rolled my eyes and shake my head sideways. 📱Missing me will be the last thing you'll do on earth.
📲 F**k, yeah. You're right. Anyways I'll be staying for few weeks, so bye! Expect me tonight.
She hangs up on me..gosh she's really childish. Laura is my dear cousin, she's so bossy and scolds me a lot even though am older than her.
I dropped back my phone and noticed those eyes staring at me. "Sorry about that." She responds with a nod.
"A meeting will be held. I'll officially make it known to every staffs that you are my secretary. "
"Alright sir." She says and proceeds to leave.

A dark glowing light came into our cave, the lady who I sent to spy on the pathetic Amelians appears in blue hood.
She walks close to mother and I, she falls to her kneels and bows.
"What do you have for us Dana?." I snarled
"The witch and the human are back from their trip mistress." She tells not raising her head up.
"Very good." Mother snaps.
"Be careful not to be caught. You know the consequences Dana...."
"Yes....yes...mistress." She stutters shivering in fear.
"Now leave."
She slowly stood up, bow one more time and disappears.
"Its time Mathia." Mother says. She moves towards her dark crystal ball as her eyes turns to pure red.
It sparkles revealing Collins image. She smirks devilishly and stared at me.
"What's next?." I asked.
"Possession." She answers.
I nod and glance at the crystal ball, this time a lady's image appears.
"Interesting." I smirked.
Amara....just wait and watch how I'll crush you and your people to pieces...
